As a member of ixlayer’s commercial team, you are inspired to bring new, disruptive ideas to the precision health market. You have a track record of over-quota achievement. As an account manager your job is to connect with as many prospects as possible, understand their needs, and execute on the opportunity. You’ll be joining an early-stage company with a small, diverse and experienced team backed by top investors. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll be supported and encouraged to grow with every opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C-suite
- Qualifying and understanding a prospect’s needs
- Maintain relationships with our prospects and users
- Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Meet with customers as-needed (willing to travel up to 40%)
Requirements
- 5+ years of selling enterprise software and related services into complex environments
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Solid tenure with enterprise SaaS and/or Life Sciences companies
- Ability to communicate product value and recognize opportunities
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
- Affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant start-up environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
