ixlayer appoints Bernard Esquivel as Head of Clinical Innovation

Industry veteran to bolster company’s diagnostic lab services expansion across health plans, retail, providers, biopharma and government

ixlayer is pleased to announce Bernard Esquivel, MD, PhD, has joined the team as the Head of Clinical Innovation. Esquivel will play an instrumental role in shaping the company’s health testing strategy, including its continued expansion into the labs and diagnostics space.

A healthcare industry veteran with more than a decade of experience driving innovations in the healthcare space, Esquivel has deep knowledge and experience in various domains, from genomics and precision medicine to population health management and digital health. His career has been laser focused on making precision medicine and digital health a reality, overcoming challenges to make it clinically actionable and cost-effective.
