On July 12 2022, The Healthcare Technology Report announced ‘The Top 25 Women Leaders in Consumer HealthTech of 2022.’ The awardees on this year’s list represent some of the most innovative companies in the healthcare technology space. They provide their organizations with steady leadership and deep knowledge in their respective specialties, piloting their companies through ever-changing market conditions with an unwavering focus on customer needs.
We are pleased (yet not surprised) to share that Alecia Pritchett, Head of Strategy at ixlayer was honored with the recognition of #17 on the impressive list of women. As a solutions-focused executive, Pritchett is passionate about digital health with a focus on diagnostic healthcare products. Her expertise in building strategic partnerships, scaling teams, and implementing commercialization strategies for emerging healthcare technology has been instrumental in fueling ixlayer’s hypergrowth. Pritchett celebrated key achievements with ixlayer in December 2021 as it was awarded “Most Innovative Company, Silver” by Best in Biz and named an honoree in the Software category for Inc.’s Best in Business.
Prior to ixlayer, Pritchett served as Vice President of Business Development at PWNHealth, where she helped companies build infrastructure required to launch diagnostics in the consumer space. Pritchett joined PWN following nearly four years with Ambry Genetics, where she helped drive efforts to introduce cutting-edge genetic testing solutions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Cytogenetics from the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center School of Health Professions.
