Hepatitis C

This test determines if you’ve ever had a Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection by checking your blood for HCV-specific antibodies. HCV is a liver infection transmitted through needles, blood exposure, and sexual intercourse. Many people with hepatitis B and C have no symptoms until the later stages.
